This review is from: 32GB RunCore Pro 50mm PATA Mini PCIe Solid State Drive SSD for Dell Mini 9 (Electronics) I researched this a lot when a friends Dell Mini SSD died just 1 month out of warrenty. Of course, Dell told him to go packing and refused of honor the warranty. I told him I'd give it a shot and did a lot of research on replacement mini-ssds for the mini's. This review is from: 32GB RunCore Pro 50mm PATA Mini PCIe Solid State Drive SSD for Dell Mini 9 (Electronics) Great drive for the money. Much faster then the one from Dell. Used in a Dell mini 9 with 1GB of ram. I imaged the old drive to the RunCore. I did that so I could test the speed. From time I push the power button and online with Firefox is 43 sec. Almost 2 min with the Dell drive. Very pleased with the speed. |
